Conditions and Priority

Banners have multiple conditions, and the highest condition in the list you fulfil determines which Rate Table is used. Generally, you go down the list as you do more summons and each Rate Table has a higher drop rate for the Banner than the last, but if you own the banner saint you default to the top condition with a modest rate.

For example, if you don't own the banner saint and have done 280 summons, you will be in the [Summons Performed 251-400] condition, but if on summon #290 you get the banner saint, you will move into the [Own Banner Saint] condition as it is higher in the list.

I'm not actually 100% sure of the meaning of the conditions. The ones I interpret as "Summons Performed" are listed in game code as "RES_COND_LOTTERYCARD_NUM_RANGE" being between the values given. I don't yet have a way of confirming my theory of what this means, but it does look a lot like a pity system that increases as you summon more on a banner without getting it.

Replaced Tables

Each update of the game typically overwrites the old Summon Rate Table with the new one, so rates for old banners are no longer obtainable from the current game patch. In these cases, they are listed as "Replaced" to mean the rate table is no longer in this version.

If two weeks of banners are scheduled at once because the developers are on holiday, however, they put both rate tables in the game at the same time (e.g. October 2022, Persephone then Albafica)
